The product is a professional thermometer for measuring the forehead temperature without contact to human body. It also measures the objects temperature. Be notified when measured temperature is higher than normal body temperature or when body temperature goes beyond a temperature a body can handle. When temperature goes beyond normal body temperature there will be a warning sound (Fever Alarm). The thermometer shuts off automatically after 15 seconds if no operation is detected thereby saving the battery. Measuring distance should be between 3 to 5 cm. The measuring range is between 89.6 F or 32 ℃ and 108.5F or 42.5 ℃. Press the trigger to switch the meter on with one beeper, the device performs a brief self test with all elements of the display showing for 1 second.
