Slim Bezels
You might notice all the images of the Galaxy S8 appear to be of the black phone. That's actually just because the front bezel will be black on all models. In the past, Samsung phones have been the same color on the front and back. So, if you had a silver phone, it was silver on the front and back. The black front panel on this phone is intended to accentuate the look of the Infinity Display and hide the already slim bezels.

It is 2017, and Samsung has finally introduced its own virtual assistant: Bixby. Samsung is positioning it as a virtual assistant that can help you complete your tasks. You can set reminders, search through photo galleries, and cast your phone screen to your Wi-Fi-connected TV, all by pressing a dedicated Bixby button and talking to it. It is also able to identify physical objects in the wild.
DeX
Using only your phone to power an entire desktop experience has long been the dream of business people. That is where Samsung DeX comes in. A DeX is a plastic bowl-like stand that has a USB-C prong, a couple of ports, and a fan. It supports the Galaxy S8 and effectively gives you a PC-like mobile desktop on display. Some apps are even optimized for the experience.

The 3.5mm headphone jack is still one of the most welcome features of the Galaxy S8.
