These are the famous porridge or uji flour.It is also known as "heho" flour as commonly known here in Kenya since it is used together with wimbi flour to make sour porridge naturally at home.Just put 1 or 2kg of the white flour in a small bucket and half a kg of wimbi or the brown flour, which we also have here at our shop, the seniour Enterprises Ltd.Add water, cover and put it under the sun and within two days you will have the sour flour and now it just to cook.
